At a time of re-structuring in my company, I needed reliable support to guide the professionals who were leaving their positions after many years with the company. It was a tough time for all parties but I relied on the professionalism, responsiveness and expertise of CANVERSIA People.
Despite the situation, the results were very rewarding and the project was able to boost their morale and self-esteem so that they could face their new professional challenges with enthusiasm. I am very grateful for them accompanying us and accompanying them.
Our business model is changing, with new challenges of developing new opportunities, a digital transformation, and an international expansion.
All of that entails new professionals and CANVERSIA has understood our Culture from the beginning, providing their expertise in the search for Executives and Managers, and more importantly by finding the right people for each of the roles we asked for. They have accompanied us from start to finish in each process and they have been trustworthy at all times.
We needed a custom solution to meet the needs of the staff in the post-Covid scenario at the end of 2020. CANVERSIA proposed a campaign to get closer to people and to “really listen” to them from the “heart” of the company.
That is how #explorandoemociones (exploring emotions) was born, an Emotional Management project to help support GEFCO professionals. The project was well received and yielded excellent results thanks to the partnership we created with CANVERSIA People. They are helping us tremendously in these difficult times!
